Purpose

To facilitate the realization of YBTT’s annual revenue-generation objectives by crafting, coordinating, and reporting on the yearly Donor Relations work plan. This role includes maintaining precise and current donor records, delivering data analysis and reports, and nurturing relationships with donors.

General Responsibilities

  • Explore New Opportunities: Research, identify, and apply for new funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, and corporate organizations.
  • Maintain a Portfolio of Existing Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with existing donors through high-quality stewardship, including preparing and submitting targeted applications and reports.
  • Maintain Records and Relationships: Keep detailed and updated donor records, and recommend updates to website and social media campaigns to align with donor engagement strategies.
  • Reporting: Develop and submit reports for donors in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Post-secondary education in business administration or business management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position, with experience in marketing, public relations, and social media management.

Working Conditions

Primarily operates in a work from home office environment with some local travel within Trinidad and Tobago.
