Join our Startup Training Programme taking you along the entrepreneurial journey from idea generation to a minimum viable product! Publication1 Our Startup Training programme utilizes entrepreneurial theories designed to support a young entrepreneur in crafting new business ideas, evaluating existing ideas, testing those ideas on the market and creating a product or service that best fits what the target customer needs! YBTT Business Mentorship Programme
Business mentorship is a two-way relationship between two individuals that involves the transfer of knowledge skills and experience. In the YBTT context, it involves an experienced person (a mentor) who supports and encourages an entrepreneur (a mentee) to achieve business goals.

Celebrating Global Entrepreneurship Week (Nov 2018)
Global Entrepreneurship Week is the world’s largest celebration of the innovators and job creators who launch startups that bring ideas to life, drive economic growth and expand human welfare. During one week each November, GEW inspires people everywhere through local, national and global activities designed to help them explore their potential as self-starters and innovators. These activities, from large-scale competitions and events to intimate networking gatherings, connect participants to potential collaborators, mentors and even investors—introducing them to new possibilities and exciting opportunities. YBTT is the local host for GEW.
Shell LiveWIRE Programme
An accelerator programme that supports growth stage start-ups in underdeveloped economic sectors. These sectors have been identified as Recycling and Waste Management, Energy Solutions and Agriculture & Agri-Processing. During a 7 month period, entrepreneurs receive training and are supported to grow through access to investors, export consultation, financial awards, monthly master classes and peer to peer technical advisory groups (sector circles). Post completion of the programme, entrepreneurs can access cohort networking opportunities (cohort meet ups).
