With its continuing high levels of ingenuity, the first Caribbean commercial business incubator, “BizBooster”, launched by the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business in May 2012, is pleased to be a proud partner and supporter of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2014 which will be celebrated in more than 150 countries around the world from November 17th – 23rd, 2014. Youth Business Trinidad and Tobago (YBTT) is the local host of GEW in Trinidad and Tobago.

Trinidad and Tobago and Singapore are just two (2) of the 150+ countries which will be celebrating Global Entrepreneurship Week 2014 from November 17th – 23rd, 2014! T&T GEW Host – Youth Business Trinidad and Tobago has started connecting with its global counterparts to get an insight on their various GEW and overall entrepreneurial activities, all aimed at creating an international awareness of entrepreneurship throughout the many corners of the globe!

“Global Entrepreneurship Week” (GEW) is here again at our doorsteps – November 17th – 23rd, 2014!  GEW is the world’s largest celebration of entrepreneurship. Hosted annually in November, in more than 150 countries around the world, its goal is to stimulate and release   entrepreneurial spirit by connecting aspiring as well as existing entrepreneurs to potential collaborators, mentors and investors. As part of the GEW’s global community and as the local host since 2011, YBTT is partnering with major local stakeholders from the public and private sectors as well as civil society to host in 2014, an exciting collection of events, activities and competitions throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

As articulated in earlier features, Global Entrepreneurship Week which will be hosted from November 17th – 23rd, 2014, is a global celebration of entrepreneurship. It’s an event which provides golden opportunities for entrepreneurs to do many things including showcasing their talent, networking with and motivating each other. In Trinidad and Tobago, it is no different! Thirty-five (35) year old Gerard Thomas has always been both an avid supporter and contributor towards the success of GEW.
